Das Ferienhaus ist ein gemütliches Haus in Mellbystrand an der schwedischen Westküste (1h 15min nach Malmö, 1h 30min nach Göteborg, 20min nach Halmstad, 45min nach Helsingborg - E6). Das Haus ist vor kurzem renoviert worden (das kleine Gästehaus auch). Die schöne Umgebung und angrenzende Wälder zum Spazierengehen sind mit dem Auto in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Haus ist umgeben von einem Grundstück (900m²) und befindet sich in einer grünen Umgebung, die sehr gut für Kinder geeignet ist. Wenig Verkehr. Sehr ruhig. Ein Einkaufszentrum und ein Mc Donald’s , sowie das Restaurant und Beach Club „Delfin“ (200m) mit einem beheizten Freibad mit einer Wasserrutsche) befinden sich in der Nähe. Es gibt ein weiteres Aussenbecken „Mellbybad“, mit einem Kiosk sowie einer Minigolfbahn. (200m). Das Ferienhaus kann wöchentlich gemietet werden, von Samstag 14 Uhr bis Samstag 12 Uhr Bettwäsche und Reinigung sind nicht im Preis inbegriffen! Die Endreinigung muss vom Mieter vor der Abreise durchgeführt werden. Bettwäsche kann gemietet werden, 75 SEK / pro Bett und Woche. Die Besitzer des Hauses können sich um die Endreinigung in Höhe von 500 SEK kümmern. Kaution: 900 SEK

A cosy holiday cottage in Mellbystrand, on the Swedish west coast (to Malmö 1h 15min, to Gothenburg 1h 30min, to Halmstad 20min, to Helsingborg 45min, - take the E6 motorway). The cottage has recently been renovated (the small guest house as well). Pleasant location within walking-distance to the sea and sand dunes ( approx. 400m ). It takes about 20 minutes, by car, to get to the woods and nice areas for country walks. There are also nice fishing waters in the lakes close to the woods.
The cottage is surrounded by a yard ( 900sqm ) and is situated in an area with lots of trees which is very suitable for children. Not much traffic. Peaceful and quiet. Close to a shopping center (with supermarket) and McDonald´s ( 500m ), a restaurant called “Delfinen Beach Club” with a heated outdoor pool and a water slide ( 200m ). There is also” Mellbybadet” which has an outdoor pool, a kiosk and a miniature golf course ( 200m ).
Cottage facts: Area: 60sqm Number of rooms: 3 + one kitchen Number of beds: 5 Kitchen: stove with oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker. Two bedrooms: one with a single bed plus a bunk bed. The other one has two single beds. The latter room is screened off by drapery from the third room, which is a bigger room. A cot, a high chair and some toys are also available on request. Toilet: WC and a shower. Electric heating, TV, radio.

The cottage can be rented on a weekly basis, from Saturday 2 pm to Saturday noon. Bed linen and cleaning are not included in the price! A final cleaning of the cottage must be done before leaving. Bed linen can be rented, 75 SEK / per bed and week. The owner of the cottage can take care of the cleaning; in such case the service charge is 500 SEK. Deposit: 900 SEK.
